Wellness Program .. designed for employees at JAC'S Auto. My group and I created a program where the employees got a chance to work on their health and lower their insurance.

This program was a 8 week body composition challenge. we offered cash prizes as an incentives to do the challenge in hopes that the employees would gain knowledge about their diet and health. 

 

Goals are only made when you work for it. If Goals were easy they wouldn't be goals. Remember-if you are not challenged then you are not growing!

The superman pushup has been my goal forever it seems. There were times I felt like I would never make it, but I never gave up. There was a time where I could not even do a push up at all.  and today I can do a variety of them including the superman. #Goals
